Description
The book is an account of the activities of swayamsevaks of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) during partition time period. It’s written to help in answering some charges against the Sangh and quell some doubts. The Sangh helped large number of “displaced people” in settling and making stand on their feet in the new Bharat. It also helped Hindus and Sikhs of East Pakistan in safely migrating to India and fending off the attacks of fanatic Jehadi elements of Muslim League. It gave active cooperation to the Indian Army and Indian Administration. The book also highlights the unpreparedness of Indian government and many a times apathy towards the Hindu immigrants. Thousands of Swayamsevak-s laid their lives in serving the motherland and the Hindu brethren.
