Description

The Triwizard Tournament is to be held at Hogwarts. Only wizards who are over seventeen are allowed to enter – but that doesn’t stop Harry dreaming that he will win the competition. Then at Hallowe’en, when the Goblet of Fire makes its selection, Harry is amazed to find his name is one of those that the magical cup picks out. He will face death-defying tasks, dragons and Dark wizards, but with the help of his best friends, Ron and Hermione, he might just make it through – alive!

I read this book myself a long time ago. I got my sister into the series and got her this one myself since I love to help her get into reading. Great book and great quality.

Harry Potter’s story is widely documented so I’ll spare the summary. The book came fast without any problems. The cover art was exactly what we were looking for to complete our collection. Looks great on the bookshelves if you can find them

  3. Vidhin Parmar (Verified Purchase)

These books are very well written and interesting. They fill in a lot of extra information and details that are not included in the movies. I would definitely read them again in the future. I purchased the Kindle versions which are priced at a great deal also.

When someone (no one owns up) places Harry’s name in the goblet of fire, even though he is underage, he is required to take part in the tri-wizard tournament — not for the faint of heart. Meet young witches and wizards from other schools and other lands. I read the books and loved them all. Now my daughter is enjoying them.

I love this British version of HPatGoF. I’m slowly building my British collection. There aren’t a TON of changes in the books, but there are some word changes. I love it! the books are smaller than the American books and that makes them a little fatter…more pages.
