To ensure better sanitization and safety, invertry of sellers has been moved to our dedicated warehouse. Our staff at the warehouse maintain strict hygine to minimize the risk of infection. Before packing the books, our team sanitize their hands. The temparutre of staff is checked on daily basis.
All our courier partners have also taken series of measures to ensure your safety. These measures include:-
- Checking body temperature of pickup and delivery executives on daily basis.
- All shipments are sanitized after pickup, during transit and before attempting delivery.
- Zero contact delivery has been encouraged where delivery executive will call you before attempting delivery and leave the packet outside your house.
- For cash on delivery orders, courier partners have started accepting payments via UPI.
