Description

Gideon Cross. As beautiful and flawless on the outside as he was damaged and tormented on the inside. He was a bright, scorching flame that singed me with the darkest of pleasures. I couldn’t stay away. I didn’t want to. He was my addiction my every desire mine. My past was as violent as his, and I was just as broken. We’d never work. It was too hard, too painful, except when it was perfect. Those moments when the driving hunger and desperate love were the most exquisite insanity. We were bound by our need. And our passion would take us beyond our limits to the sweetest, sharpest edge of obsession.

Having read ‘Bared To You’ I could not wait for the next part of the story. This book is even better then the first. The story picks up the day after from where the first book finishes. Eva and Gideon still have a lot of trust issues. Gideon still won’t open up about his past but he expects Eva to trust him and Eva has problems with this. Gideon also blows hot and cold on her a lot. A lot happened in this book and I can not wait for the next book but I don’t know where the story can go next though!

  2. Amita Choudhary (Verified Purchase)

A fantastic continuation from book one, which see’s Eva relationship with Gideon face many more roller coasters.

  3. GONDALIYA HITESH DINESHBHAI (Verified Purchase)

Eva and Gideon’s story continues where the first book left off. I find the first half lacking in storyline and Eva’s issues are too front and centre in the story. However the second half develops a storyline and has a great denouement.

  4. Shalini Sinha (Verified Purchase)

These are without doubt the best books ever I’ve read them over and over and they are still as good as the first time never get tired of them.

  5. Rishikesh Kumar (Verified Purchase)

Another great instalment in the lives of two troubled characters. I really enjoyed this book although I found the start quite annoying and slow as the first third of the book went over all the stuff we knew from the first book, totally unneccessary if you are reading the books back to back.
