“Heidi” is a classic Swiss novel written by Johanna Spyri. The book was originally published in two parts, “Heidi’s Years of Learning and Travel” (Heidis Lehr- und Wanderjahre) in 1880 and “Heidi Makes Use of What She Has Learned” (Heidi kann brauchen, was sie gelernt hat) in 1881.
