Description

In this techno-thriller novel- ‘Deception Point’, NASA scientists discover an object hidden under thick Arctic ice. The discovery gains enormous political attention as the meteorite is believed to hold proof of extraterrestrial life. Wary of error, the American President sends Rachel Sexton, an Intelligence Analyst (daughter of the presidential candidate, Senator Sexton) to investigate the evidence in person. Though the meteorite showed all the traits of being authentic in nature, the team notices an insignificant anomaly. Sexton prepares to testify the legitimacy of the find. As soon as the matter seems all sorted, evidences that supported the authenticity of the find begins to fall apart.

The analysis and ground work dan brown does is awesome . I am giving it 5 for that reason . I havent seen any other author who does this much of analysis on writing a book . Coming to the book – the suspense he maintains throughout the novel has been awesome ..it starts right from page 1 and it keeps you interested. But i am a little dissapointed with the climax of the book . i actually guessed the villian of the plot .

Once again Dan Brown has come up with a absorbing storyline, this time truly combining the science and politics. The book , though a fiction, depicts a true political picture of politicians not only in US but in fact of all over the world. In India deception being the way of politicians. I recommend this book not only those are interested in science but also for those taking interest in politics.

Completely satisfied with the product, and the price in which I got this one is unbelievable 153/- INR. This is my first Dan Brown Novel which is not part of the Robert Langdon Series. I’ve just started the book, till now it’s really intriguing, it has all the Dan Brown trademarks within it.

Simply Out-standing from Mr. Brown!! I wonder how he could write such a minute level descriptions about all places. Really makes me go out there and see. And this time to the North Pole or Arctic ocean along with Washington D.C. The story is superb plot and once started reading you just can’t put it down. Fast paced with lots of twists and turns and mind-boggling moments of uncertainty makes Dan Brown’s books a must read.
